They're here. They started arriving around 12:30, right around the same time as the rain.
Lola took it like a champ and is now sleeping, with three little black and white babies attached to her belly.
Bongo is sequestered in the other room, with no idea of the fun that awaits him. Kittens!

Yay, Lola!! It's about time!
I've been following this blog since a link was posted in the Pets section on Craig's List in L.A..
Now, don't let Bongo anywhere near the kittens. I fostered a mother and four kittens last summer, keeping them in their own room. Mommma slipped out one day and just went for my old guy, Max, like a laser-guided missile. She totally attacked him, just protecting her kittens.

Hooray! I have been watching the blog forever too and they are such beautiful little kittens. I'm glad they are healthy! Can't wait to see more pics and here stories....
Thanks for reading, and for the advice! I've been watching Bongo like a hawk around the kittens, and he seems more perplexed than anything... It's definitely fascinating to watch the interactions.
